Director of Rehabilitation- Physical TherapistLocation: Dallas, TXOur client is seeking an experienced "HANDS ON" Director of Rehabilitation Services to join their team.  Responsibilities:The Director of Rehabilitation Services is a very active, "hands on" Physical Therapist, with direct patient care responsibilities as well as responsible for the overall management of the Rehabilitation Department (Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy) therapy services.  Responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of clinical resources within the facility.  Monitors admissions and treatment schedules, assists in marketing, acts as facility liaison, implements hospital policy as appropriate, assists in the development of new programs, ensures the rehab department meets JCAHO accreditation.  Maintains the objectives, goals, and philosophy of healthcare delivery congruent with the mission of the facility.  Monitors productivity levels within the clinical departments, assures maximum financial resource utilization and provides for staff education and training.  Ensures the efficient and effective operation of the respective disciplines and interdisciplinary team process, as well as, maintains open communication with the facility leaders and physicians.Qualifications:•        Bachelor of Physical Therapy. •        Minimum of 5 years experience as a therapist with at least 2 years of supervisory and/or management experience.•        Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation.•        Current TX PT license.•        LTACH experience HIGHLY desired.If you are interested and qualified, please send a “Word” copy of your resume/CV and salary requirements to the address below.  When applying, please indicate the job and the location in the subject line of your e-mail.  If this position is not for you and you know of someone who might be interested, please forward this to them.Jericho HR Groupwww.jerichohr.comjobs@jerichohr.com
