Chief Nursing Officer/Director of NursingLocation: DFW, TXOur client is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing to join their team.  The CNO/DON reports directly to the hospital CEO and is responsible for:•        Providing administrative and clinical direction for the practice of nursing•        Selecting and recommending appointments of clinical staff•        Directing and delegating management of professional and ancillary clinical personnel•        Interpreting and putting into effect administrative policies established by the governing authority.•        Ensuring the nursing standards of patient care and practice are evaluated to improve patient outcomes. Qualified candidates will possess:•        Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
