Director of Case ManagementLocation: Dallas, TXOur hospital client is looking for an experienced Director of Case Management to join their team.The Director of Case Management has responsibility for monitoring, at the facility level, quality patient standards, patient and payor satisfaction levels, and for ensuring that patients are receiving prioritized, cost appropriate, and quality services.  He/she serves as part of facility senior management, having key interface with marketing, operations, clinical, and fiscal managers.  The Director supervises the Care Coordinators to facilitate appropriate LOS and cost effective utilization of hospital resources.  The Director ensures the appropriate interface and communication with referral sources and serves as a key support function to the Marketing Teams’ efforts.Qualifications and Experience:•        RN - BSN required.•        Masters prepared professional preferred with 3 years of case management and/or hospital discharge planning experience strongly desired. •        CCM preferred. •        Strong leader and manager, able to motivate staff to deliver high quality, results-oriented case management services. •        Must be assertive and personable, able to balance the complex challenge of delivering quality, cost-appropriate, and service-oriented outcomes. •        Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, solid attention to detail, and strong teaching/monitoring skills.If you are interested and qualified, please send a “Word” copy of your resume/CV and salary requirements to the address below.  When applying, please indicate the job and the location in the subject line of your e-mail.  If this position is not for you and you know of someone who might be interested, please forward this to them.Jericho HR Groupwww.jerichohr.comjobs@jerichohr.com
