Director of Quality ManagementLocation: DFW, TXOur hospital client is seeking an experienced Director of Quality Management to join their team. The DQM is responsible for developing and managing a coordinated, multi-disciplinary Performance Improvement program in compliance with legal, license and accreditation criteria, and regulation.Qualifications:• RN licensed to practice nursing in Texas.• Master’s degree preferred or BSN degree with a minimum of five (5) years in nursing preferred and demonstrated leadership ability. • Minimum of one year experience in performance improvement and/or quality management.• Certification in Risk Management is recommended.
