OPTICIAN:  Established private practice Optometry Clinic has immediate need for P/T Optician for our Southeast Metro locations.  We are searching for a committed, conscientious associate whose first priority is taking care of the needs of our patients.  The ideal candidate for this position must be an enthusiastic team player and possess strong communication and customer service skills.  The primary responsibilities of this position will be to assist patients in the selection and purchase of eyewear, placing orders, and processing eyewear purchases as they come in.  Good trouble-shooting and dispensing skills a plus.  Hours are flexible, but associate must be available to work some evenings and minimal hours on Saturdays. Position requirements include:  Minimum of one year experience as an Optician; Must provide excellent customer service; Ability to manage priorities and multi-task; Proven track record of sales growth; Attention to detail; Ability to provide enthusiastic communication to exceed customer expectations;  Optical insurance knowledge and computer skills a must; Must meet key sales targets while providing excellent customer service; Experience with OfficeMate and Insurance billing not required but considered a plus.  This is a career opportunity with growth potential.  Some traveling to our other offices may be required.  Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.  If you are great with people and looking for a new opportunity, forward your resume today to:  spmi.resume@gmail.com
