Regional Collaborating Physician, Wound Care full and/or part-time Columbus, OHGenerally, Physician shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:Review charts of Company’s patients assigned to Physician.Overview/supervision of Nurse Practitioners assigned to Physician, and compliance with the collaboration requirements of the State of Ohio and/or as promulgated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) and the relevant procedures.Comply with all reasonable policies of the company, including, without limitations those concerning the supervision of and collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, chart review and the attending of patients, witch are established by Company from time to time.Promptly complete all documentation necessary for the maintenance of correct and appropriate patient records.Promptly complete all documentation necessary for the proper and efficient operation and management of Company, including, without limitation, all reports and records needed for the Company to promptly bill for medical services rendered by Nurse Practitioners.  Prepare and file all such supplemental billing and other reports as Company requests and assist Company in analyzing or interpreting any and all reports prepared by Physician.Physician shall provide direct patient care activities and medical care within Physician’straining and specialties to any individual being treated by employees and representativesof the Company; and in all cases exert Physician’s best efforts in arranging for andproviding care and treatment for all individuals treated by employees and representatives of Company.Implement appropriate protocols for all major aspects of patient care.Retired Physicians are encouraged to apply, can work one or two days a week.No history of malpractice, license suspension or disciplinary actions.
