You have a Pharm.D. and are licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Georgia (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  You have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-2 residency in critical care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine. You will function in the role of consultant and educator of drug therapy to health care workers.  You will serve as a resource for medical staff, nursing, ancillary professionals and the community to ensure quality patient care.  You will identify and provide for learning needs of patients, families and members of the health care team through formal and informal means to facilitate quality customer service.  You will assist in the monitoring and reporting of programs affecting the pharmacy and other departments to maintain a quality clinical program.  You will accept special assignments for development, review, analysis, and recommendations.   Candidates must have a Pharm.D. and at least two (2) years experience providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in the Emergency Department.
