You have a Pharm.D. combined with Masters degree or fellowship training in pharmaco-economics, health services research, statistics or a related discipline.  You have at least ten (10) years of experience in a healthcare setting, which includes at least five (5) years experience in conducting outcomes or related research using claims data or other large data sets.  You have demonstrated leadership skills in managing direct reports and working within a highly matrixed environment.  You have experience programming in SAS, EPISTAT, or other statistical packages.  You take great pride in your ability to translate research problems in actionable projects identifying appropriate statistical methods and the shortcomings of those methods.  You seek a new opportunity with an a company that is fully committed to bringing value to its customers and putting them at the center of everything it does.If the above describes you, we would very much like to get to know you.  We seek candidates for the role of Head of Pharmacoeconomics.  In this role you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for research design and statistical methodology used in modeling and outcomes studies and making evidence based recommendations and presentations to business partners.  You will partner with the Pharmacy Leadership team and clinical teams to set priorities and identify research topics.  You will direct the activities of business analysts, statisticians, and others to conduct analyses involving large claims data sets.  You will lead a small but highly motivated team helping them to enhance their own skills in SAS and other tools as well as developing them as researchers and analysts.
