Prestigious, 40 year old, Internal Medicine facility in Rice Village is looking for an Internal Med/Family Practice Triage LVN, due to their rapid expansion and growth . The Clinic specializes in Internal Medicine and also offers the following various sub-specialties: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Medical Oncology. The clinic has 35 physicians, currently seeing 100,000 patient visits per year. Voted one of the best places to work in Houston, this is the place to be! The clinic's Mission Statement includes: To be employer-of-choice to employees.LVN MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Med Surg specifically. Must also have at least 1 year of recent triage experience. LVN must be very professional, strong character, and basically be able to stand on his/her own. LVN will be doing phone triage about 70% of the time, to include patient call back's and prescription refills and 30% of the time, assisting the Dr., rooming patients, vitals and giving injections and taking blood. Must have strong phlebotomy skills and prefer strong IV skills. This will be a full time position, days (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm). Benefits: 3% match on 401K after one year eligible (as clinic employee). After 90 days as a clinic employee; medical (free care at the clinic), dental and vision (after 6 months). Quarterly bonuses and free parking.  PTO is accrued from the date of hire (after ProSource contract period) at 0-4 years of service = 5.54 hours per pay period (every two weeks) Annual = 144 hours or 18 days and Holidays off.LVN MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Med Surg. Must also have strong triage experience. LVN must be very professional, strong character, and basically be able to stand on his/her own. Must have a clear criminal background. LVN needs to have strong phlebotomy and highly prefer strong IV skills.
