Medical Assistant - Internal Medicine Facility, Houston, TexasMonday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pmPrevious experience in a doctor's office a must.  Will be handling mostly back office duties to include:  rooming patients, taking vitals, EKG's, height, weight, knowledge of medication, phlebotomy, strong customer service, dealing with 95% adult patients, floating to different departments and specialties.  This is a very fast paced environment with a very high patient volume.  Must be flexible, professional and have excellent tenure in previous positions.  Needed to fill positions with several high-profile, up-scale medical facilities within the Houston and surrounding areas.  A minimum of 2-3 years experience required with excellent previous tenure a MUST!  Open to backgrounds with all medical specialties.  Knowledge of front and back office skills required.  Must have a positive attitude and professional appearance.  Need not apply without the above requirements.  MUST HAVE A CLEAR BACKGROUND - BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE PERFORMED
