You have a Pharm D. and are licensed in the state of Tennessee (or have the ability to gain this licensure). You have graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy and have at least five (5) years of clinical pharmacy practice as acquired through health system or hospital pharmacy experience as a clinical pharmacy specialist. You have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency. You have at least three (3) years supervisory/managerial experience. We seek candidates for the role of Clinical Pharmacy Manager. In this role you will lead the planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring of clinical practice functions to ensure optimal clinical outcomes by the use of integrated clinical, informational, and drug distribution systems. You will coordinate and manage the medication use process of pharmacy clinical services. You will manage and implement clinical pharmacy service's administrative responsibilities to ensure productive and effective clinical service programs. You will manage resources in collaboration with the pharmacy services administrative personnel.Candidates must have a Pharm.D. and at least five (5) years of clinical pharmacy experience that includes an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency. Must have at least three (3) years supervisory experience. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have clinical pharmacy experience in a large hospital in excess of 500 beds.  Must be licensed in the state of Tennesseee (or have the ability to gain this licensure).
