You have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and are licensed as an RN in the state of California (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  You have at least three (3) years clinical nursing experience that includes previous experience as a supervisor/charge nurse.  You have previous experience in an oncology setting, are active in the ONS community, and are chemo certified. You will work rotating shifts (some days 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, other days 3:00 pm - 3:00 am, with some weekends as needed).  You will provide input and participate in the development and management of the budget.  You will supervise employees, participate in hiring, assign work, coach, train, staff inservices, evaluate performance, and complete simple disciplinary actions.
