We are currently recruiting for a Director of Pharmacy to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting pharmacy and hospital personnel to achieve comprehensive, contemporary, credible and reliable pharmaceutical services across the organization's continuum of care. Oversees the effective integration of operational, fiscal, and clinical resources throughout all areas of the Pharmacy to ensure that the Department achieves the highest level of safe, efficacious and cost effective care for patients while meeting the organization's mission, vision and strategic initiatives. Leads the assessment, development and implementation of automation and informatics technologies to advance the organization's delivery of pharmaceutical care. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualified candidates will possess an active Pharmacist license with no record of disciplinary actions or suspensions, and will possess education in Business, Health Administration, or Public Health. Minimum of five (5) years clinical pharmacy experience required; two (2) years of management/supervisory experience minimum. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
