LeaderStat is looking for an experienced Director of RAI/Education to support 10+ facilities in the Midwest. This Director of RAI will be working with the MDS Coordinators at the facilities to maximize reimbursement. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing• 3.0 certified • Knowledge of PPS reimbursement, RUGS Optimization and Case-mix therapy utilization• Significant MDS experience with multi-facility experience preferred• Willing to travelOutstanding compensation and benefits are provided.
