You have a Masters degree in Nursing and are licensed in the state of Nevada (or have the ability to gain this licensure). You have at least five (5) years clinical nursing experience that has specifically focused on improvement strategies across clinical departments in an acute care setting. You have experience in directing the needs assessment process to assure high quality service excellence outcomes. You have considerable experience in identifying and placing best practice programs. You have experience in conducting outcome evaluation activities, defining cause & effect implications, and identifying appropriate improvement strategies. We seek candidates for the role of Director of Clinical Excellence. In this role you will design, develop, and present coaching programs in order to improve the patient experience. The primary focus of improvement strategies will be on clinical departments. You will direct the needs assessment process to assure high quality service excellence outcomes. Activities include identifying and placing best practice facility delivered programs throughout the company. You will be responsible for the coordination of activities for the service excellence and quality as measured by HCAPS. You will work collaboratively with the facility, regional, and corporate leadership teams to deploy the program. You will be responsible for identifying training needs across the company and making recommendations for curriculum content. You provide input as to how regional resources of the healthcare system are deployed to meet these needs.Candidates must have a Masters degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Nevada. Must have at least five (5) years progressive management experience in Performance Improvement, Quality and/or Patient Safety/Risk Management and two (2) years Regulatory Compliance. Experience in an acute care hospital environment is preferred.Excellent compensation and full benefits.
