GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION (GME) PROGRAMSPursue one of 78 different medical residencies or 43 fellowships in the largest graduate medical educational program found in the military. Our comprehensive Graduate Medical Education Program offers subspecialties within the fields of internal medicine, surgery, neurology, pediatrics and psychiatry, as well as programs in aerospace medicine, dermatology, emergency medicine and pathology, to name a few.During your training, you'll gain hands-on experience that prepares you for your specialty boards. All programs are fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and administered by Graduate Medical Education.ResidenciesThe majority of Army physicians train in our 6 transitionalprograms, 68 residencies and 57 fellowships.
