You will serve as a liaison between both medical staff and the Hospital administration while assisting the medical staffs in the promotion of systems and programs that facilitate their medical practice in the Hospitals.  You will research the needs of current hospital practitioners.  You will identify opportunities and implement strategies for Medical Staff Development; i.e., new physician orientation, physicians referrals, Recruitment, and coordinates with other departments as appropriate.  You will ensure that operations of the Network Medial Staff Service Departments, Credentialing, and Library meets the needs of the Medical Staffs at each Network Hospital and coordinate efficiently with the Quality Management Department.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a healthcare-related field.
