A 3 Dr., general dentistry practice in Katy, is looking for a  highly motivated individual who has dental experience, especially in the insurance arena.  This person will be verifying insurance, inputting patient's insurance into the system and submitting claims and filing insurance.  In addition, they will be following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and doing some collections.  This practice is an extremely customer service driven company, so this individual must be very upbeat and have a great personality since they will be interacting with patients.  This candidate will also help answer phones, schedule appointments and file, but insurance will be their main priority.  This is a growing company so there is a lot of opportunity for growth. About 70% of position is insurance verification and 30% interaction with patients. Person will be sitting at the front desk with with the Front Desk Coordinator.Highly prefer candidates have Eaglesoft and NEA Fast Attach experience. M-F role, either 8-5 or 9-6 but candidates must have flexibility in their schedule and not only looking for your traditional 8am-5pm position. Practice saw 111 new patients last month, so the insurance filing is a big part of the position and applicant must be used to doing about 30 a day.Once the position goes to direct hire, practice offers medical benefits and free dental work for employees and their families at  price.3+ YEARS Dental practice exp, with at least 3 years of dental insurance verification experience and collections.
